This information is purely for our own use in providing you with the best service possible and to carry out instructions.

There are absolutely no circumstances under which this information will be shared with a third party. We value your custom greatly and want you to be assured of your information security. 

Delivery:

As we rely on a third party couriers to deliver your order and we trust them to perform the contract properly, occasionally there may be circumstances entirely beyond our control which may affect the delivery of your order within the time frame expected.

On such occasions we cannot guarantee delivery times or dates.

We monitor the performance of our couriers continuously to minimize the number of occasions where a late delivery may occur.

Delivery will only be made when an Adult signature is present.

All claims for non delivery must be made within 20 day’s from your order date..

Returns and Refunds:

Please check all of your delivery before signing the couriers receipt.

Breakages and/or damaged goods must be recorded by you and our couriers at the time of delivery.

All shortages in your order must be recorded by our courier at the time of delivery.

Please retain any damaged items and contact us by e-mail or telephone within 7 day’s from time of delivery.

We will refund or credit for both situations as a matter of priority.

Be sure to contact us first to receive a Product Return Code (PRC) and for tracking purposes.

Access Restriction:

The-Irish-Shop.com reserves the right to restrict access to our website and services for whatever reason we decide.

The Contract Law and Jurisdiction:

When you purchase an item through our website you are entering into a contract. Any contract for the purchase of items from The-Irish-Shop.com is governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States of America. All orders are accepted at The-Irish-Shop.com discretion and you agree that such contract will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the U.S. courts.

Prices and Availability:

Prices are exclusive of sales tax at 6%.

Prices do not include Delivery.

The-Irish-Shop.com carries a very large stock level and maintains this stock to the best of their abilities, however due to circumstances outside of our control items may be unavailable for dispatch on occasion.

A member of our team will contact you in this situation and your options are as follows:

a) The removal and refund of the item from your order.

b) Wait usually a short period until we restock the item and then process the order.

c) Replace the item with a similar product in price and/or quality.
